It took me a very short period of time, just 5 months, to achieve the desired result. During this time I was able to lose an extra 20 kilograms, after which I started working on increasing my muscle mass and I was able to gain even 15 kilograms at the expense of muscle. I am very happy that my hard work has yielded the results I expected. I'm not going to stop and I'm constantly thinking about progress.
